+ 第一型 (Mark I Block)是香港最早期徙廈，於1954年至1960年間建成。大廈主要呈「H」字型，亦有少數呈單幢長型及雙「H」字型。 這些樓宇樓高只有5至7層，沒有升降機，主要分佈於新九龍。各單位大小約10至20平方米，沒有獨立廁所和廚房，因此連接着兩翼中間的樓層會用作為公共廁格和廚房用地。 * 發貨日期：8月1號起 ------ Mark I Block is the earliest resettlement building in Hong Kong and was built between 1954 and 1960. The buildings are mainly in the shape of "H", and a few are in the shape of single long and double "H" shapes. These buildings are only 5 to 7 storeys high and have no lifts. They are mainly located in Kowloon. Each unit is about 10 to 20 square meters in size and does not have independent toilets and kitchens. Therefore, the floor connecting the two wings will be used as a public toilet cubicle and kitchen space.
