There are eight buildings in the estate, designed by Chau & Lee Architects. In 1952, a fire broke out in the wooden house area of Kowloon Tsai, destroying a squatter area called "Kwong Man Estate" at the current site of Tai Hang Sai Estate. In 1961, the third to fifth areas of Kwong Man Estate were demolished. The government granted land at a preferential price to the Hong Kong Civilian Housing Co., Ltd. to build Tai Hang Sai Estate to house tenants affected by the Tai Hang Sai resettlement area clearance plan that year. Its slogan is "Prosperity, prosperity, happiness and peace", so the buildings in the estate are named after it.

  • Cement is a dynamic material, and minor imperfections during the production process are inevitable, making each piece unique.
  • During the handcrafting process, the presence of fine pores, spots, water marks, scratches, etc. are all normal phenomena. If you are a perfectionist, cement might not be your choice.
  • The unique aspect of our product lies in its attention to the architectural details and markings. Therefore, the proportions between each architectural element are not absolutely accurate. Instead, our focus is on visual balance.
