+ 香港中央郵政局（GPO）於1976年啟用，是香港第四代核心郵政總部建築，由當時工務司署建築師團隊設計。 這棟建築共五層，包含作為郵政車輛停車場的地下空間，採用當時流行的簡潔現代主義風格建造。 雖然相比其他古蹟較為年輕，但因其完美體現1970年代現代建築特色，被譽為「最年輕的法定古蹟」——如此新建築能獲此認可實屬罕見。 儘管許多人認為它承載着香港近代歷史記憶，這座郵政局仍將為配合海濱重建項目而面臨清拆命運。 **本作品採用「石材樹脂」復刻中央郵政局建築細節與色澤，重現這座法定古蹟在歲月流轉中的永恆身影。。 Hong Kong's big Central Post Office (GPO) opened in 1976. It was the fourth main post office building for the city. The building has five floors, including a basement level used as a car park for postal vans. It was built in a clean, simple modern style popular back then. Though it's quite new compared to older monuments, people call it the "youngest monument" because it's an important example of 1970s modern design – which is unusual for such a new building. Sadly, this GPO will soon be torn down to make space for new harbour projects, even though many feel it represents part of Hong Kong's recent history. **This artwork employs "stone resin" to replicate the architectural details .
