+ 勵德邨由當時1963至69年間之工務司鄥勵德（Michael Wright）作為命名，是由香港房屋協會發展的甲類出租屋邨，以「勵潔樓」、「德全樓」與「邨榮樓」組成。 其中勵潔樓及德全樓為全香港唯一圓筒形公共屋邨，而其半開放式建築設計，亦影響着同期「井字型」設計的屋邨發展。這樣的設計被認為有助於通風及防潮。此外，這些大廈的大部分單位還可欣賞到維港美景，尤其是高層單位的視野尤為壯麗。 4.8 x 4.8x 5.8_Lx Wx H (cm) ------ Named after Michael Wright, the Director of Public Works from 1963 to 1969, this estate was developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society as a Category A rental housing estate. It consists of "Lik Kit House," "Tak Chuen House," and "Tsuen Wing House." Lik Kit House and Tak Chuen House are the only cylindrical public housing estates in Hong Kong. Their semi-open architectural design also influenced the development of "Twin ower" designed housing estates during the same period. This design was considered beneficial for ventilation and moisture prevention.
