彩虹邨一套包括兩座: 1) 金華樓+綠晶樓 2) 丹鳳樓+停車場 11.5 x 7x 5.8_Lx Wx H (cm) * 發貨日期:1月15號起 ------ Choi Choi Estate, which is over 61 years old and was built from 1962 to 1964, will start a redevelopment plan in 2028. Designed by Palmer & Turner, Choi Hung Estate is Hong Kong's first self-sufficient housing community. In 1965, it was voted Building of the Year by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects, becoming an international model for high-density public housing. Twenty-five years later in 2024, when the entire project is rebuilt, Choi Hung Estate will no longer look the same. Originally, the exterior walls of the buildings in Choi Hung Estate was mainly in plain concrete tones. Based on this, we "rebuilt" the "Kam Wah House/Luk Ching House" and "Tan Fung House/Carpark", hoping to use the same temperature and texture, keep every detail as much as possible. 11.5 x 7x 5.8_Lx Wx H (cm) *Delivery Date: 10th Jan onward

Characteristics of Cement

  • Cement is a dynamic material, and minor imperfections during the production process are inevitable, making each piece unique.
  • During the handcrafting process, the presence of fine pores, spots, water marks, scratches, etc. are all normal phenomena. If you are a perfectionist, cement might not be your choice.
  • The unique aspect of our product lies in its attention to the architectural details and markings. Therefore, the proportions between each architectural element are not absolutely accurate. Instead, our focus is on visual balance.
